We request you send the file exactly how you want it printed. We will not change your file but you can contact us prior to purchase to request assistance or pay an additional fee for us to do it.

Recommended temperature for our prints are between 350-400 degrees but verify with the manufacturer of your substrate for exact time and temperature.
