Shipping Policy

Shipping varies based on the processing time for each item which can be found on each listing.  If rush shipping is needed, please email us at designsbyswann@gmail.com prior to placing your order. 

All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground unless otherwise elected by the buyer.  Tracking information will be sent to the email address used for the order.

We also offer local pickups for the Hampton Roads area only. Please ensure the address used on the order is located in the Hampton Roads area.  Pickup will be arranged by email within 24-hours of the order being placed.
